01what we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, company), and the content you create in the software: show files, cue sheets, schedules and shift assignments. We collect basic diagnostics such as crash reports and feature usage so we can fix problems before your next show.

02what we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third party advertising trackers. Your show files are not used to train anything and are not visible to other customers.

03where data lives

Data is stored with cloud providers in Canada and the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. Local show files stay on your machines unless you sync them.

04retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within ninety days of a deletion request. Diagnostics are kept for twelve months.

05your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it or delete it by writing to us. Crew members using slotswap can request removal from an organization's roster at any time.
