01agreement

These terms govern your use of software and services provided by Limitless Media Inc., including creative stage, sessions and slotswap. By creating an account or using the software you agree to these terms.

02licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your productions. You may not resell, sublicense or reverse engineer it. Show files, plots and schedules you create remain yours.

03accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Seats are per person and may be reassigned between crew members between productions.

04availability

We aim for the software to be dependable on show day and schedule maintenance outside typical performance hours. Some features are offered in early access and may change with notice.

05liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the software in the twelve months preceding a claim. The software supports your show operation and does not replace qualified crew, safety planning or venue procedures.

06termination

You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On termination you can export your data for thirty days.
